Additionally, the device features wireless Wi-Fi functionality, complete with a dedicated wireless configuration interface. This allows operators to effortlessly update timing plans directly at the intersection via a computer, eliminating the need for physical cable connections. By harnessing advanced 5G technology, the system can seamlessly integrate with RSUs (Roadside Units) from leading manufacturers, paving the way for autonomous driving and vehicle-infrastructure collaboration, ultimately enabling smarter, more efficient 5G-enabled mobility solutions.
3. Built-in Edge Computing Module
Built-in edge computing and AI analytics units leverage the video capture devices already installed at intersections to sense and integrate traffic data. This approach not only reduces engineering costs but also enables adaptive, optimized control of traffic signals. Additionally, the system supports internal storage capabilities, allowing collected data to be stored and analyzed effectively. As a result, it provides a deeper understanding of traffic conditions, paving the way for more efficient and intelligent management of urban transportation systems.
4. UPS Power Supply Module
Featuring a built-in, integrated UPS-specific power design with ultra-wide voltage input and stable output capabilities, this solution minimizes equipment failures caused by unstable power supply at intersections. Its online design enables real-time monitoring of the power system’s operational status and instantly uploads data to the central platform. In typical scenarios, even in the absence of mains power, the traffic lights can continue operating for more than 8 hours.
5. Intelligent Control
To enhance the security and convenience of door locks, the device features an electrically controlled lock that replaces traditional locks. Users can unlock the door via central authorization or by scanning a QR code with their mobile phones, ensuring both ease of use and robust security. Additionally, the device is equipped with an anti-theft snapshot function: every time the intersection traffic signal controller is operated, the system automatically captures images, recording violations and unusual activities from multiple angles—and promptly sends alerts to the central monitoring station, further safeguarding the equipment's integrity. Moreover, the device supports automatic temperature and humidity control, allowing users to set various environmental parameters based on their specific needs. The system then seamlessly adjusts the temperature and humidity levels inside the device enclosure.
